When I came home from a trip to Japan I noticed something. People in North America touch each other a lot! I even noticed it on TV shows. Talk show hosts and game show hosts were constantly hugging complete strangers. It was such a stark contrast between that and the culture I had just come from. So I decided to make a short film about the different ways we touch each other and the importance of touch.
I was also pretty excited about purchasing my first “professional camera”. Looking back now I see that even the highest setting on the camera in the manual wasn’t HD. Ah well. We’ll do better next time with a better camera which I got in 2022!
